Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any services. 1. Service Scope: Our services do not operate as a 24x7 helpline nor do they function as a suicide prevention platform. In case of an emergency or crisis, please seek immediate assistance from appropriate emergency services. 2. Payments and Refunds: All sessions require prior payment at the time of booking. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. 3. Cancellations and No-Shows: i. Client Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 6 hours before the scheduled session time. For cancellations or "no-shows" occurring less than 6 hours before the scheduled session: The first instance will be eligible for rescheduling at no additional cost. For the second and subsequent instances, a new payment and re-booking will be required. ii. Therapist Cancellations: In the event of a therapist cancellation, you will be offered an alternative therapist from our team or a mutually agreeable rescheduled session time and date. 4. Session Booking: All sessions are conducted on a pre-booked basis only. We do not accommodate walk-in appointments.
